The festive season at Lyra Hotel Plitvice began in the warmest possible way. On Tuesday, December 2nd, children from the local kindergarten brought joy and carefree creativity into the hotel while making their Christmas cards and letters. Their imagination brightened every corner of Lyra, and the warmth they shared left a special mark that will follow us throughout the Advent season.
Now we look forward with even more excitement to December 7th, the day when Lyra transforms into a charming holiday gathering known as Lyra Christmas Beat.
The celebration begins at 4 PM, when the hotel comes alive with full festive spirit. The scents of mulled wine, fritule and gingerbread will fill the courtyard, while live music creates an atmosphere that invites everyone to relax and enjoy the holiday mood. For those seeking extra indulgence, a special selection will be available: a Christmas cocktail, traditional advent sausages and warm germknödel.
Our small Christmas market is open every day, giving all visitors and guests the opportunity to stop by and support our charity initiative. Every donation counts twice, as Lyra will match the total amount collected at the end of Advent to support the community we belong to.
