Cheese and dairy products are undoubtedly the foundation of Plitvice’s gastronomic offer, and few have not heard of the excellent “škripavac” cheese. Be sure to taste it directly from the producers.
The family cheese dairy Runolist truly reflects centuries-old Lika cheese production. Rakovački Glavan also won bronze at an international cheese festival in Austria.

Ličanka Brewery is known worldwide, and what makes it special is that it uses only water from the Ričina spring for production, considered one of the highest-quality brewing waters in Europe.
